The vid gives a powerful sense of the enthusiasm for action by BA workers themselves. On the other hand there's the draconian and ludicrous use of anti-union laws, complemented by union leaders' slavish acquiescence to them. The only hope for defeating the laws and the bureaucrats' compromises is strengthening the organisation of the rank and file, independently of the union bureaucracy.
